Description

D&C Restoration and Refurbishment of all dwellings existing installations across a heritage listed site, inclusive of the following.
Major Asbestos Removal across the site
Restoration of existing dwellings inc raising, restumping, restoring and re-roofing of all dwellings.
Deconstruction/reconstruction of tank stands
D&C of new inground structural Piering system across the site to provide another 50 year lifespan.
D&C of new critical infrastructure across the site inc new Electrical, Hydraulics, Civil works etc
Major structural modifications and remedial works
throughout the site
New Sanitary and Stormwater drainage installations
Restoration of external claddings and internal linings throughout each dwelling.
